By downloading or using PhotoTwin ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PhotoTwin is a Windows desktop application that scans your device for duplicate and visually similar photos, allowing you to review and delete them to free up storage space.

3. Your Content

PhotoTwin accesses your photos solely to perform duplicate detection on your local device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos on any server. All processing happens locally on your computer. You retain full ownership of your photos at all times.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PhotoTwin only for lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

PhotoTwin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhotoTwin and its developers shall not be liable for any loss of data, including photos deleted using the App. Always review duplicates carefully before deleting.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
